If the tag is still attached, they may give you in store credit or let you exchange them.
no you would need to have the receipt
call them or go in and ask them. every store is different. some won’t let you because you don’t have the receipt, but a lot of places will let you exchange it for a similar item at the current selling price. tell them it was a gift, you tried them on, and thought they were good, ripped off the tag, and noticed a hole. in my opinion, it’s worth asking!

Yes you can return it but you will only be able to get store credit and no money back. Which means you can buy anything in the store for that price :]
